That news site sucks at loading it’s own stories.
Driving while black.
Cops know where car dealers are and are used to seeing dealer cars, although this is a smaller used-car dealer.
This guy’s going to get rich.

OMG!! LOL
I know how they feel though.
Last year I was driving the Porsche and I swear I was not speeding.
Cop waved me over, while he was moving on his bike.
Now, I now these guys have radar and they are required to show it to you, explain how it works and such on the ticket.
None of that.
Still, ticketed me for 81 and I swear I not speeding through that area.
Profiled me cuz I was wearing a Porsche.
He actually did me a favor.
I had been trying for 5 years to get a ticket and promised everyone I was going to be too happy to receive on in the Porsche.
I framed it.
Next year I’m getting another Porsche or an Aston Martin DB9.
On Interstate 10 passing thru Palm Springs, you see a lot Bently’s, Cobras, Ferraris, Vettes, etc. Guess what they’re doing?
The speed limit.
Yep. I know that area.
It’s for the children...
hehe
Mercedes AMGs and SLs are always on the list of most-ticketed cars, along with whatever kid cars are most popular.
Ive never taken a test drive without the sales person in the car.
whats up with that?
And why did he need to be contentious with the Cop?
He couldn’t see how odd the situation must have looked?
O Wait- lets go directly to the Black thing...
Love the comments... Someone was harassed at a license checkpoint.. Err, no, really, they’re really after drunk drivers, BUT, they’ll also check your papers please... But it was more serious since he was black and couldn’t produce the rental papers. I actually had a similar incident, refused to let officers search the car, and they simply made up something to ‘arrest’ me, so that they could search the car incident to the arrest.
Same thing, their search simply turned up the rental papers. When the Sargent asked me why I didn’t let officers search the car, my answer was simple: No probable cause, unreasonable search, illegal roadblock, violation of the 4th amendment.. He rolled his eyes and told the cops to unhook me and send me on my way.
Don’t stare a cop in the eye, that’s obstruction. Punk cops
have no tact. They knew what the deal was, they just wanted
to be a-holes.
