Gub'mnt quarters ~ there is no art ~ however, with respect to civilian personnel working for the federal government the Supreme Court has carved out a zone of privacy such that a complainant can be charged with all sorts of things and hauled away.

That way the office lady thug doesn't get to push you around for having a messy desk.
