Cleveland hasn't...but you have been able to bring a plastic grocery bag full of food. No drinks allowed. But all the food you want.

I usually pack a couple sandwiches to eat at halftime. I think I'll just need to put them in a gallon ziplock now instead of a grocery bag.

The seat cushion thing is BS. When it's six degrees with 30mph winds, we have those lava buns that you pop in the microwave before you leave giving you a warm seat cushion.

Not coolers....small tote bags.

And if a woman is with you at the stadium, the tote bag in question just look like an oversize handbag.
