Testaverde and Weinke did what Horseface was to arrogant to do at Denver and the Jets were too stupid to do, work with Tebow in the offseason. They both immediately recognized that Tebow's problem was not his throwing motion but his footwork. They got that straightened out in short order and declared his arm a non issue.
