Well, we only booked 11 the last time.
We can squeeze at least 50 folks in the club house!
Looks like a scouting trip is in order. Let me know and I will go with you. My trip to Miss. Has been postponed for a couple of weeks, so we can go anytime you have time.
I’m ready ta go on any Saturday.

How bout next Saturday? We can come back here and cook out and swim if you guys want to. This weekend I am catching up on yard work but next weekend will be fine.

I looked into cabins in Canton, but Canton is dry, so I am ruling it out.
The place looks great, BUT it is almost 90 miles from the range. That is a lot of driving for one day.
The tough part is that as our group grows, accomadations narrow.
We may have te segment our group for a closer location.
Ceder Creek Lake is a lot closer...but have yet to find the capacity we need.
BT & Pen...would y'all please make some calls to gather info? If we can group a bunch of rentals in close proximity to each other..we could pull this off!

A 30ish minute drive would be ideal. Heck, I wouldn’t even bitch about a 45 minute drive. ;-)
Of course ya wouldn’t...that’s the drive time from my place!
And the room rates are easier on the pocket! ;)
Some of us could camp if we had to. I have awesome camping equipment.
As do I. And am happy to loan it out!
But I prefer my creature comforts!!! LOL
We could even rent some travel trailers. I found a nice one that sleeps 10 people for 450.00 for 4 days.

That puts us 30 min from the shoot but closer to DFW
Actually...if we found a place that could deliver and setup a big bunch of them at an RV park, that might work!
