A man just can’t have too many DUI convictions.
“i woke up this morning and i got myself a beer
the future’s uncertain and the end is always near”
there was a guy out here that had about 98 dui citations and finally killed a couple of kids when he blew through a fourway on a back county road
That’s usually when the system finally becomes “concerned”.
least he wertn texten
this guy was in his seventies and they said when they got to looking that was how many times he had been pulled over and cited but only two convictions over fifty years cause it used to be the cops gave you a ride home now they tase you drag you around in the grrravel some facedown and make disparaging comments
Who was more at fault, that guy or the people who let him drive after 98 citations?
Went to a company party and tipped a few too many. Then I did something I’ve never done before... I took a cab home. It was a good thing I did because I was waved right past a DUI checkpoint. I’m still a little fuzzy, however, why the cab is still in my garage.
98 citations? What’s the average fine, $1000? At $98k he could have bought his own cab company, let alone enough rides for his friends & family when he was drunk.
it was bushs fault like you had to ask
no it was both but this was bfe idaho very rural so everybody knows what color you poop so shine it on you know all fun and games until someone until someone dies
I don’t know what the fines were total because they were over a period of 50 years. And out there by the Craters of the Moon the cops were the only cab service.
Beer. It’s not just for breakfast anymore.
With no way to hold my head that didn't hurt.
And the beer I had for breakfast wasn't bad,
So I had one more for dessert."

Haven’t heard that for a long time. I think I will dial it up. Thanks.
I believe he has the law firm Beam and Daniels on retainer.
Well, I suppose over 50 years, 8 DUIs might not be so... terrible. But, come on, let’s use 20/20 hindsight vision. What would be the best approach? Calling a cab each time he was drunk?
There aren’t any cabs out there. Maybe a friend or two. But after a short while hauling drunk “Bob” home from the bar time after time gets really old. Chances are out there you know the judge. He is a drinking buddy. And the next judge is his kid. And just like a lot of things people don’t care and then only when something bad happens. Then they care for a week, maybe two. And there were people talking about something should have been done but if it isn’t the cops of the judiciary then who?
