I think grabbing the dog owner by the hair and rubbing his or her face in the pile would have better results.
Bingo! We had a nice lake hike here until the scumbag dog walkers started “walking” their mutts on the trail as well. Now it’s simply a dog crap trail. Waaay too many dog owners “walk” their dog so the mutt pees and craps on property other than their own. Fine the bitches!
