What you mean, ( I assume, ) is "There is nobody you love so much that you would risk your life to try to save?" See what I mean? Or you could say, "Is there no one for whom you would risk your own life" ... and like that.
Or you could say, "Would you not risk your life to save anyone?" See, "anyone", in this case. The cold heart of grammar!
