Don’t go near it then. If you install it or buy it on a non-touch tech platform you don’t understand what it is developed for.
On a touch platform it works fine, faster and more versatile than an IPad. For non-touch platforms, stick with Win 7 or if you are a MS hater then stick with whatever the latest Linux or Google flavor is that you like.
