I think it's the right decision (475 votes) I would like to see gay scout leaders accepted as well (309 votes) I don't approve of it (1275 votes)
BSA uses the Buddy System. No Scout can be a lone in a tent. When no one wants to be the Gay Scout’s “Buddy”, will one be assigned? What if he refuses? The Troop will not be able to camp out unless the Gay Scout has a Buddy.

I read yesterday that the Baptists are pulling out of the Scouts. The Scouts are dead.

The homosexuals just want to destroy the scouts. They should be told to start their own organization. Butt Pirates United or Fudge Packers of America. Problem solved.

Yep! I know alot of Catholics pulling their sons out of this organization, too. Very much a shame! But as someone pointed out above, this is the way a nation dies: assualt on the family unit.

Good question. I have a little girl, but if I had a son, no way in heck would my son participate in this or be allowed to sleep in a tent with a gay.

I don't approve of it. It was the worst thing they could have done to kill the program. (1280 votes)
It will be interesting to see if the Catholics withdraw their sponsorship of troops and Packs. Both of my sons were Scouts, and one of them is a Scoutmaster today. All but one of my male grandchildren have been engaged in Scouting. (He was engaged in baseball, instead.)
There should be a mass exodus from the BSA. I wonder if it will happen though. There should have been a mass exodus out of the movie theaters.

I agree with your post but I’d take it a step futher: there should be a mass exodus from network TV. I read recently that almost all TV shows now have a gay character. WHY on Earth are people accepting this????
