I’ve trained 4,not much real effort required if you get the right dog.I’d recommend a German Shepherd,they’re big enough and brave enough to get the job done.Seek out a breeder who supplies dogs to the police,tell him you want a dog with strong natural guard instincts.That’s what we do,and our dogs guard the house like soldiers.The only way an intruder could get in is to shoot the dogs,and I’ll go to war with anyone who does THAT.
He was talking about PIGS. Hog, dog, I know, but read the silly convo and you’d get it! I’d hope no one would ask if dogs were ever so trained.
I know Shepards live longer than Rottweilers, so that’s a plus. I was also wondering about Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
