I'd guess that once you pay off the costs of acquiring the first breeding pair, dino meat would be a lot cheaper than chicken.
Chickens are pretty efficient at turning chicken feed into meat, but I suspect dinosaurs would be more so.
Being gigantotherms, they would use a lower percentage of their food for energy than a warm blooded chicken.
