Circuit Judge Debra S. Nelson has been be asked to decide a long list of issues, things that will determine how the trial plays out and what jurors will see and hear.

I didn’t realize that. I’ve not seen any indication of the judicial system in Florida being fair and balanced. They’ve been in a full court press in their persecution.
The state may have no income tax but their judges are enough to keep any reasonable person away from ever considering moving or doing business there.

If justice can be intimidated by the threat of riots, then we dont have justice.Indeed, and then who gets 'justice' comes down to who can organize the most effective riots.

Especially since it came out in court today that Trayvon recorded on his phone two of his buddies beating up a homeless man.

That may well be a good thing! Can you say evidence for an appeal!I think there's already more than enough for appeal. The problem is, what if the appeal goes to a judge who is as corrupt as Debra Nelson?
To: Still Thinking
I don’t think that’s what she meant. If she did, she was very unclear.

So the propensity to be violent isn’t a factor in whether the little Skittle eater was violent?

If Zimmerman is convicted there will be an appeal which may be the only way to get the case to a sensible court.
With that said this is such and open and closed case that it should not be in court in the first place.
I find it kind of odd that the judge is saying that she is going to vet the voir dire questions and approve them. In essence she is picking the jury isn’t she?
There is a sickening amount of money being spent on absolutely nothing. What is plain to see is that the judge has an agenda and the Martin family and handlers are using the punks death for monetary gain.
To: Perdogg
You knew that she would. Anything that would benefit Zimmerman is gone. And so is Zimmerman.

They need to protect the image of Obama’s son.

You might just get ready to be pissed. Zimmerman has two chances: Slim and none.

She may rule against PAST usage, but she cant suppress the evidence of the THC in his blood when he attacked Zimmerman. I heard her do just that.
But the idea that none of this, especially the history of fighting, can't come in is wrong. I'm pretty sure it will come in as rebuttal just as soon as a single witness says Travon Martin was an angel.

Oh come on, everyone knows self defense is against the law. Zimmerman defended himself instead of allowing Traymark ™ to bash his brains in, a clear violation of the criminal rights act which states all victims must submit to criminal assault under penalty of the Treasoncrat party.

I have been on two juries (one civil, one criminal). Both trials were about two smarmy arseholes lying to me and attempting to carry out some form of emotional manipulation.
And a judge presiding over the pathetic exercise, to give it a veneer of legitimacy.
