What exactly is a therapy dog? Are they really legitimate or just a scam?

At the risk of sounding like an arrogant prick, she left the dog inside a car while she went shopping. I don’t know what the current temperatures are in Indiana, but it’s getting warmer. The poor thing probably managed to exit the car on its own to escape the heat. Even with the windows cracked, it gets hot inside a parked car.

A lhasa apso is not a therapy dog, it is a dust mop with out a handle. Cockers and Cocker Shitzu mixes are therapy dogs. J/K

Glad to hear she got him back but have to wonder how long she left him in the car.
