You missed my back to back post. I stated that the government had abused the 14th Amd, and business owners should be free to run their businesses as they like. People vote with their feet. Most people don’t want to deal with the stench of smoking.

But in public, can you explain why you are free to do an activity which directly affects me?

If you are in public anything anyone can do is probably going to affect just about anyone. Someone smoking in a park, in the open air, is going to affect NO ONE, other than, perhaps, that smoker himself.

You say you enjoy going to bars, or at least did until you got someone in your life, and that has the possibility of directly affecting others. Drunks are super obnoxious, and imagine you are even more obnoxious when under the influence than you are being here - are you free to be obnoxious?
