I need to grow up because I enjoy smoke free environments? Come up to Philadelphia. Go out in Manayunk or Rittenhouse. The only bars in either location are either full of townies or they are after hour spots. Smoking isn’t smoking that only affects you. If I’m sitting in the park, why should I have to deal with someone blowing smoke in my face? Unless your solution is for me to take matters into my own hand.
Do you support the freedom of a business owner not to hire smokers?
And to clarify, I really don’t care what you want to do with your business. I think the government has abused the 14th amendment. If you want to allow smoking, have at it. If you want to receive service to a couple promoting same sex marriage, have at it.
