No - you deal with it, considering you are the one with the addiction. Dictating to others how to live their lives is your addiction. There is no freedom in tyranny, but you get absolute pleasure in it.
We get great enjoyment out of your kind - the kind that walk into an establishment with great big signs saying "Smoking Permitted" who then get offended because people are smoking. More often than not they are asked to leave, as they are unpleasant, stingy and just don't belong.
