Her husband died shortly after she was killed.
Maybe he’s got a real purty mouth, now that might lead to real punishment.
Lawsuits against the city bankrupt *taxpayers*, some of whom are *Freepers*.
Which is why cities *love* lawsuits-—the innocent have to pay.
How about the murderer should lose his own life, before he shoots and kills another Sunday School teacher?
The lifelong politician is your FRIEND.
Plenty of people in modern society are eager to call the cops at the slightest provocation or infraction.
Someone pulling over to check their phone or a map for an address or to verify directions? Clearly suspicious and reported.
A neighbor putting up a fence someone else doesn’t like the color/height of? Reported.
Someone changing a tire on a residential street? Reported.
Someone letting their school aged children walk to the neighborhood park unattended? Reported.

“Further, Mrs. Cooks husband died shortly after her murder...”
Poor man. I imagine the grief of losing his wife so horrifically was too much for him.
As for freepers in enemy territory, you should move. I live in Ohio, I`m in the process of moving to the South, OK or TX. F-ck liberals AND their states, that's enemy infiltrated territory. I don`t want to support them anymore than I have to.
If you think that this WHOLE MESS-TERPIECE is going to end nicie-nice, what the f-ing kinda retard are you?
I did. Both of them.
But some Freepers say the former in all seriousness, though they would view the latter ludicrous.
By thug enablers, were you referring to the other members of the wolf pack, or the sheep?
I’m serious about ALL my tags. I try to pick my spots when I use them, but sometimes I forget to take them down.
I think the sudden death of a spouse, especially if brutal, does take a toll.
???
Agreed.
And nearly every one of them, when confronted by a cop tapping on the window in broad daylight in a public place, would present identification if asked.
I don’t think anyone here doubts that supporters of the “see something, say something” rationale would rather cheerfully submit to “papers, bitte”.
Freegards,
Yes I know. Thank you.
I was not writing to encourage the lady’s husband, my posting was take from my perspective had I been in that situation.
That cop still needs killing and with any luck, his 3 years will find an inmate representing Karma awaiting him in the cross-bar hotel.
I can’t imagine life in prison for an ex-cop would be very comfortable. We can hope. I find the 3 year sentence appalling, frankly. Less than a slap on the wrist.
Either way the enity is cleansed of the vermin, their choice.
I am all for taxpayers footing the bill when their employees commit criminal acts. Hopefully, it will motivate them to start exercising proper oversight.
The Town of Culpepper should be sued for millions for even hiring him if they knew of his prior record.
Thanks kanawa.
