Give her credit. Lindsay Lohan clearly has dominated the contest for “Cute Girl Who Turned Into an Embarassing, Self-Destructive Mess” for several years now but in recent months, Bynes has come on with a strong challenge.

Police say a building official called police to complain that Bynes was smoking marijuana and rolling a joint in the building's lobby At least it wasn't tobacco. She could have been summarily executed for that in Bloombergville. Did they do a blood test on her for salt and transfats?

Bynes should be arrested for littering and potentially causing a fire hazard, since if the "joint" is still smouldering that could cause a fire if it lands on anything flammable.

What a complete and utter waste of money. This is why we are in ever high debt. We never should have had the war on drugs. This is completely stupid. Give her a ticket for littering and be done with it. The amount of money that this will cost will be unbelievable and for what? I know you big government lovers will bash me.
