Hmmmm, locking-up the barn after the horses skedaddled probably isn't going to help much.

While the IRS was conducting a Tea Party inquisition during the 2012 campaign, since there was no common repository for information, there was no way to know what was happening while it was happening. If we could put together all these stories, we could decipher patterns that would point to problems as they occur, not 6 months after the fact.

And since we clearly can't rely on the GOP-e in DC to investigate Obama, we can do something ourselves...
