Why do you have hostility towards Islam? Why do you have hostility towards Christians? Maybe if you lived your life without hostility, and minding everybody else’s business, you’d be happier in your own life. Sure, there are a lot of people out there each of us won’t agree with, but if you stop policing everyone else, maybe your own life will flourish.

Because during my adult life, it has been Islamists who have done the majority of killing and repression in the name of their particular interpretation of their Bronze Age myth. And furthermore, the billion or so "good Muslims" are nowhere near as vocal as they should be denouncing such murderous assholes.

Policing? Hardly. I joined a random discussion in General Chat on FR. I live my life quietly and richly; happily married with two beautiful children. I contribute to society, volunteer, have friends, and pay taxes. I'm not sure where you get the idea I'm not "flourishing," but at the risk of sounding overly defensive, I'm doing just fine, thanks.
