My daughter (a teacher) sent this article to me today with the attached seniment: “This story made it to my Facebook feed today and made me very sad. Our students and our children deserve better than this – a national disgrace.”

Even though the article is a couple of years old, I’ll bet this is still going on. Anybody who has kids in school, or who are caught in the college application racket, should take note. Seems to me that the kids are graded more on form than on content.
