Poor Yusuf. He’s a mentally disturbed tattoo parlor simpleton who needs to find a tattoo eradicator, but first he’s going to have to find out what happened to his life.
Unfortunately, "tattoo removal" is not only breathtakingly expensive and painful but oftentimes leaves the area worse off than before. In Yusuf's case, the forehead tattoo would end up looking like a .30 cal entry wound, but that actually might be quite fitting for the patient in question and an aesthetic improvement.

If he hasn't figured that out by now, I'm guessing that it would be counterproductive to hold one's breath waiting on that at this point.
