Not difficult to understand. Getting “legal eagle parts” could be difficult, given that the ‘legal eagle’ is familiar with the courts and litigation.
The one thing a legal eagle values most is having all its parts, intact and attached.
An aquaintance of mine works for DNR. Several years ago, a River Otter was found as road kill in a southern Indiana rural area. According to him, an investigation was launched and locals were questioned to see if they could find the motorist who ran over the “protected species.” Apparently, after some locals were questioned and some complaints were filed about wasteful spending of taxpayer’s money, common sense prevailed and the investigation was stopped.
We had a good laugh about it.
