On the Webpage issue....you might consider using Wordpress.

It is very powerful and there are a ton of templates out there.

I use StudioPress for my templates on the Genesis Framework

I've heard of Wordpress and I've visited their website. I haven't had the patience though to sit down and go through all the templates, there were just too many of them, but perhaps I should attempt to do so yet again.

I really like the template I found, though, I just have to get it to work and how to manipulate it to get what I want.
