You can do batch conversion in Photoshop

I use Lightroom now for all of that.

My workflow has decreased by at least 80%

Batch processing using the ‘Actions’ palette in Photoshop? Or do you use Adobe Bridge from Photoshop?

Batch conversion in Photoshop? Guess I still don't know the program as well as I thought I did. But I'll check out Lightroom.

If I may ask, where is the batch conversion in Photoshop? Since I can't install any additional programs at work that may be my only hope, unless I do them all at home.
