I have an almost-new small dog crate-it is for my maine coon Yeti Boy-he is too big to fit in a cat crate-I’d bring it to you if I didn’t I live so far away...
Attempting to inoculate himself against possible ewwww virus?
is that the same as stiffening up?
I suspect if we bring her home we will stop at Pet Smart on the way home. We will need some things. I am taking a blanket with me so she can curl up in it if needed.
The blanket is a smart idea-I took a blanket when we went to pick up Husky girl, and she slept nearly all the way from El Paso to Ft. Stockton in it.
My dog is home! He can see! And he has a box of meds like an old lady and is wearing the cone of shame. He’s still pretty wobbly from the sedation. He’s having some of what they call cone paralysis, bumping it and freezing in place.

How bizarre. I only hit send once.
That is wonderful! I’m sure he will start really enjoying life now.
He’s having trouble trying to eat with the cone on.
Yeah. All down hill from here. Glad he is doing so well. The freezing sounds cute. Hope it fades soon.
We brought the new puppy home. She looks the same color as our floors. We need to name her. She us buff colored, and I thought Buffy. My son says “Mop”. I’ll post a pic tomorrow.
Wow, you won the spouse over quickly! It’s so much fun having a new pup! I have threatened my family saying I will get a small auburn/sandy dog and call it Tiny Ginger.
Oh, I hit DH up for a puppy as soon as he started sneaking around looking at dogs. He was ready.
Tobbe and I have pretty much settled on Buffy. Suits her...but DH want’s more ideas to choose from.
Oh I’m so glad! Hope he recuperates quickly! Poor little cone head!
