As I understand it, the only thing that will bring the death penalty is a conviction for the murder of her unborn children. It will be interesting to see where the pro-abortion feminists side.

I'm a 62 year old Texan and can remember growing up where rape was called rape and not sexual assault and it drew the death penalty. Kidnapping was the same death penalty. Remember the Lindberg baby? Kidnapper was whacked in NJ. Now you can kill someone and we argue for months whether you get 10 year 30 years or life. Kidnapping should be death and IMO, rape should be death.

I know there will be all these flames about some 19 year old having a 16 year old girlfriend pregnant, but I think we know the difference between that and rape. We can also discern when a father doesn't get the kids back to the ex wife in time for supper from real kidnapping.
