My area in North Texas got most of the criminal human debris from Katrina but looks like New Orleans still has their share. This group of feral human beings has turned my once wonderful city and school system into a crime ridden hell hole.

My area in North Texas got most of the criminal human debris from Katrina but looks like New Orleans still has their share.Right after Katrina the south side of Atlanta had "Reelect Ray Nagan" billboards all over. We got our fair share of the debris.
