I have said it before, and I'll say it again. This invitation, the invitation of Chris Matthews to St. Joe's a few years ago, and the antics of my own Alma Mater, Loyola University Maryland over the last few years, make me ashamed to be the product of Jesuit education. My late Father was a 1950 graduate of St. Joe's, and he must be spinning in his grave. My daughter graduated from St. Joe's two years ago.
Neither of those schools will get another dime of my money until they return to observance and teaching of Catholic doctrine.

Add mine, Marquette University, to that shameful list. Local bishops need to be more active in condemning "Catholic" universities that are not teaching Catholicism.
