I disagree. I assert that Mathematics is the study of God’s laws and vocabulary of this universe.
I take it the author has never heard of non-abelian groups.
According to Webster, mathematics is ... “the group of sciences (including arithmetic, geometry, algebra, calculus, etc,) dealing with quantities, magnitudes, and forms, and their relationships, attributes, etc. by the use of numbers and symbols.”

So, the other sectors have different 'laws' regarding the interactions of the particles and/of energy, but we can do the math for them. Can they?

Yup, the Evolutionists will want to use what they term as “Intelligent Design” (Centralized Micromanaged Control Schemes) as a control scheme to impose federal standards concerning education ON the states, so they can force the states to teach their version of “Evolution”.....
It is very weird how they don’t see their own Hypocrisy....
Why not “Let the Market Decide” which at it’s core is very much a concept of “Natural Selection”.
Even if you think Evolution is hooey, Natural Selection is very much accepted as a solid scientific princicple, in that out of any grouping the individuals with exceptional qualities that enable better survival will flourish, while the ones with inferior qualities for surivial will die off..
In the Bibile it is the process of “Seperating the wheat from the chaffe” that is how the laws of the world that God created work.
By denying this princicple the Liberal academics have not only eschewed a main part of their beloved theory of evolution but also the princicple of Natural Law from God, which means they are clearly INSANE and have eschewed LOGIC itself.
The Liberals are under the mistaken idea that “Intelligent Design” is the Christian God reaching down contstantly to move each and every atom around and constantly micromanaging everything to the quantum level.
Where Intelligent Desing is actually more like writing a decent computer program where you setup the program and then you run it. It wouldn’t be an intelligent computer program if you had to manually manipulate every single bit in memory by concious effort, you might as well be using an abacus instead of a computer.
Natural Law can be see as God’s Law.
Of course the Liberals love to micromanage everything so they have become the very embodiment of the “straw man” they setup to describe people who belive in God.

Mine has always been that Liberals want to create a "perfect" world.
However, because man is imperfect that can never happen
We can strive to be a better society and people, but we can never be perfect.
The founders understood that, Hell it is told on the Great Seal of the Untied States (har, freemasons har) No, not that.
We will build our nation, but it will only be perfect when the All Seeing Eye (G-d) and in Christianity, when Christ Returns to put the cap on our Pyramid, then and only then will the U.S. be perfect.

"Evolutionary Mathematics" is an oxymoron. Evolution is basically not compatible with modern mathematics and/or probability theory.

Mathematics is a good deal bigger than the study of numbers, their relationships and properties. Geometry prior to Descartes’s introduction of coordinates was remarkably number-free, and even when one uses numbers in geometry, it is not the numbers one is studying, but the geometric objects, using numbers as a tool. Then there are all the various branches of formal logic in which numbers don’t show up at all; topology, where they can make an appearance, but again just as tools for studying something else; various branches of abstract algebra like group theory, ring theory and field theory (different use of the word than in physics), where things built out of numbers turn out to give examples, but where the thing studied is more general;. . . (you get the idea).
Numbers are the alphabet of the universe, Mathematics the sentence structure, and Physics the paragraphs and chapters. Attempting to understand the book as a whole and what we don’t know is Science. Displaying what we do know in the volume is Art and Engineering.
But the plotline is all God.
You can take that concept a step further by an analogy to computers quite neatly. Mathematics is the software that runs the universe and all that exists is the data storage system.
