Tri-nitro-toluene. Several pounds should remove the stain.

Nothing cuts grease better than HOT WATER added to a solution because it’s the HOT WATER that breaks down the molecules. Ever try to clean dishes effectively with cold water?

What the hell does “touchous” mean anyway. Aren’t they painted drywall? If so,you simply need to wash your painted wall with a washcloth with hot water with dish detergent.

Agreed. Dawn + hot water. Shouldn’t affect paint if it’s a glossy finish.

Sounds like they used very cheap drywall to finish. If you’ve tried some cleaning products and there’s still a noticeable stain, touch up the area with paint. I keep paint containers stored with the paint I have used on the walls, for this purpose. If you don’t have any of the paint, but it’s a neutral builders paint and the house isn’t very old, ring up the builder and ask what paint they used. For touching up walls... I like to dry brush the paint and feather it out, so even if there’s been some color fading, it’s not noticeable.

This is counter-intuitive, but I find WD-40 removes heavy grease well. ALso, there are those engine degreasers.

A simple method to clean oil, grease spillage or kitchen stains from walls, wall-paper or floors is to spray it with dry Fullers Earth powder and leave for a while and wipe with a cloth. You can repeat the procedure if the stain persists. This is a very safe method as it will not affect the paint or colour of your wall paper.
For very stubborn stains you can spread Fullers Earth paste with water over the stain and leave it for 24 hrs, dust it later and wipe with a wet cloth.
It used to work with grease stains on wallpaper without harming the wallpaper. Still available at the drugstore I believe.

I'm assuming you also don't know what "galley nipper," "spread natter," or "shypoke" mean.
Arent they painted drywall?
That may be it.
If so,you simply need to wash your painted wall with a washcloth with hot water with dish detergent.
Thanks!

It’s an insult to the purpose of this site!

How about we get back to Benghazi? This is plain stupid and a waste of this invaluable asset we call Free Republic.
