It really should not matter whether or not the student (male or female—i had a couple of hot male teachers and coaches in high school who i fantacized about) is traumatized... it is simply a matter of what is appropriate... a teacher should not have sex with a student... if he is of age, she could have just waited until the school year wss over... no risk of losing her job or being arrested... poor judgment on her part...

The law is very strange when it comes to stuff like this and I don’t envy the judges at all who have to decide on this stuff. For example I read one case once where an 18 year old man had sex with a 17 year old girl and he was sentenced to 5 years in prison (which was overturned later on). The problem seems to be that the law and nature are not in synch. The body tells us the time to breed starts at 13. But the law says “no way”...You have to wait till your 18, and that causes all kinds of problems. Even if it is consensual, the law looks at the minor as being coerced because he or she is “under age”/naive, and that falls under rape. Either way it makes me wonder, who is more naive? The student or the teacher?
