40 hours over 4 years? 10 hours a year? That doesn’t seem to be very difficult requirement to meet.
You’re right. Yet some of the kids have a hard time and others try to cram it all in in their senior year! They actually have an office specifically dedicated to this requirement with postings for opportunities and the forms they need to have completed to get credit.
