5-9, 190 is a 28.1. Overweight. Not obese.

I am 5-10. I would have to weight 174 to not be “overweight.”

I could weigh as little as 129 and be “normal.”

It’s largely unrealistic nonsense.

Well, that IS dumb-and it doesn’t take body frame size into account-I’ve got a small frame-but it says I’m underweight at 110-with a BMI of 16.2. I do mostly physical work-I just don’t eat processed food crap, so I don’t have fat on me-I guess I’d likely die in a famine, though.

Most of the men I work with are either overweight or under, according to that stupid BMI calculator, too...
