You could use a graphics program to blow the image up to the size (in pixels) of your screen and do a save-as, or as a shortcut, if you can do a Print Screen (which in Windows copies the screen or active window to clipboard) and paste into a paint program, you could set up a quickie HTML image tag, using the “WIDTH” and/or “HEIGHT” modifier to make it at or near screen size.
