Or they don't have inspectors with the stomach to inspect the filthy abortion mills. Legitimate medical clinics and vet offices get inspected routinely. Legitimate medical practitioners must take continuing education courses and renew their licenses on a regular basis. Normal medical standards don't apply to the abortion industry.
