Judges appointed by a usurper must be objected to in pre-trial phase. After the verdict or ruling, the De Facto Officer Doctrine kicks in to protect the Federal government from chaos and disruption.

Legislation signed into law by a usurper can be objected to individually if specific adverse action is applied to the individual. For example, the IRS assesses an individual taxpayer a tax for not obtaining and maintaining a healthcare insurance policy. The individual can object to the tax assessment on the basis the law was signed by a usurper and does not apply to them because they object to laws signed by the usurper. The law remains ineffect for everyone else, but the IRS cannot tax the individual who formally objects after an assessment.
