Uhhhh, I'm pretty sure the liklihood of dying is 100% everywhere in the world.

I think that number lower because I suspect a larger number of people that reach retirement age pick up and move out of CA. Thus they die in some other location. A retirement/relocation number would be interesting.

That’s a good one. Reminds me of a meeting I was in a while ago and a guy said, “We have customers. They die. It’s a 1:1 relationship, and nobody has been able to get out of it yet.”
