NEW YORK -- The National Hockey League today announced the dates, times and national broadcast information for the 2013 Stanley Cup Conference Quarterfinal round, which begins Tuesday, April 30th. Information on the U.S. broadcast networks for games later in the round will be released as it is determined.

We visited the cup at a museum here in Pittsburgh and the
gloved guys were really friendly.

Thank you, news at a glance. I saw part of that Caps/Rangers game and the Caps looked good. I hope the Rangers can beat them! Also Go Ducks, you can beat the Red Wings! What happened to LA, the Blues are getting the best of them.

The Caps go into these playoffs with a significantly awful record against the 7 eastern conf playoff teams and I’m not expecting much. Holtby was fabulous last night.
Elsewhere, I was stunned that the Ducks roared back to tie the Wings last night but crestfallen to learn this AM that OT barely began and they lost it anyway. I’m a big Boudreau fan and didn’t think he shoulda been fired in DC. Go Gabby.
I thought Holtby was very good. I know the Caps didn’t do well outside the conference but I thought they did much better in the last month.
I agree about Boudreau but it was reported that he had lost the room. Anyway the Caps were showing more responsibility in their own end. Adding in proven ability to score goals makes them seem scarier than the Rangers.

If Okposo didn’t have that fight, I think the Pens would’ve taken the series 4-0. Now that it’s even, they do have a fighting chance at not being crushed 4 games to 1.
