Last time Tor won Cup was a month before Sgt Pepper got released.
>>This was the last Stanley Cup before the 1967 expansion which meant only three series in total were played in the playoffs. Montreal defeated New York to advance to the finals and Toronto defeated Chicago.

Thank You! Nice to tell who won at a glance. It’s better than the web sites I visited this morning.
I watched all three games last night - it’s a hockey smorgasbord. It was hard hitting hockey at its best with all three games going to OT. It was great - ahem, except for the part when the Wings lost.
Happy to see Hitch and The Blues win.
The Blues kicked the Kings’ ass all night long. They look hungry.
I still miss Ken Hitchcock, best thing that ever happened to the Stars.
I was up late watching all three. Fell asleep before the Ducks won.
The 2 OT games ended within 30 seconds of each other! I let out a “whoo!” when the Blues scored short handed on the Kings.
It’s about time they won a game from LA.
WTAE in Pittsburgh just sent out a text alert. Sid is OUT for game one.
Lets go Pens!!!!
They'll be fine until Sid is ready.
Would be nice for Brenden Morrow to win a Cup.
I stand corrected on my post #25 - the Wings loss was not in OT, it just seemed like it because of the late hour it ended.
Since switching to Direct TV, I no longer have any sports channels. How are the Islanders doing against the Penguins?
Islanders playing like their usual selves, not the team that wants to win.
Bummer on that Directv switch. Your Islanders got creamed by Pens 5-0. Go here for SC scores and video highlights ...
I have DirectTV. Check into getting the Fox Sports package.
Cheaper than the NHL Network, and you get different sports all year long.

Penguins completely dominated the Islanders last night. Looks like the Isles are back to their usual selves.
All during the regular season, Coach Bylsma broke down the games into 7 game increments.
They played to win 4 out of every 7. A smart plan for a smart coach - the fastest to 200 wins in NHL history.
