Now, in a new 41 page legal response, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi is asking the appeals court to agree with the judge’s decision, and to not allow the defense to question Crump in a deposition.

Is there something about Florida law that mandates the Attorney General to abet the prosecutors of a murder case. How many other murder cases are there in Florida where the AG is NOT intervening in support of the prosecutors when an issue is under appeal.

Maybe this is normal, but it looks really wierd from an out-of-stater.
