Forty Years ago, proponents of Roe vs Wade insisted that the “Back Alley Abortion” would become a thing of the past if abortions were “safe, legal, and rare”. In the year prior to the passage of Roe vs Wade, a whopping 39 women died as a result of an illegal abortion (sorry... I don’t have a link, but I remember the number).

Instead of making abortions “safe, legal, and rare”, this has been the result.

It has also debased our culture beyond recognition. When life is cheap, all other standards of kindness, morality, hygiene, and dignity go down the drain.
