It took me a few minutes to figure it out too. Keep in mind she is talking about liberals and often try as we may that is hard to explain.

Exactly. It was funny, in that I normally wouldn't go that deep. I view it as wasting time...and I am actually grateful, in an odd way to liberals.

They usually use a phrase in the first few words that tips you off to exactly what they are trying to say, so instead of having to waste your time reading their entire load of drivel, you get the gist in as little as a half a sentence.

I compare it to listening to a dogmatic marxist or communist talking about America. They would start whatever they were saying with "You running dog imperialist pigs..." and you could just say "Yeah, yeah. Don't waste your breath, I know exactly the point you are trying to make."

Heck, three words in, and you had it figured out.

But I figure, with all the reading I do, the liberal propensity to speak in stereotypes has probably saved years off the end of my life. Hours and days I won't ever have to regret not getting back.

The downside is that there is occasionally an article like this one that will catch you with your figurative pants down...:)
