Believe me I have no love for the coward but I’m not sure I want the government declaring US citizens on American soil “enemy combatants” so the civil due process is gone. If they make that call—whose next? Tea partiers?
I agree with you. But, he needs to be charged with high treason by the feds as well as all the charges that Mass can hang on him.

I don’t buy this argument. I don’t care if this guy ever goes to trial, they need to root this out.
