If you can call "out of court settlement" a "win," then I guess so. I call it a draw. No way of knowing if they got enough to cover attorney costs, but they were bankrolled by CAIR so I don't think that matters.

But the Wiki article is certainly very sympathetic to the Imams. So, in that respect, it's a "win."
