A runner, interviewed on FOX, had retrieved her bag to find her wallet and her cell phone missing. Luckily, her car keys were pinned inside her sock so she was able to drive home.
MOST of the civilians at the scene were helpful and courageous, but there are ALWAYS scumbags in every group.

Why didn't she lock her wallet and cell phone in her car? Why leave them in her bag which was (apparently) stored in an insecure area?
Doesn't make sense.
