And those 30 million aren't even the worst of the problem. The worst part is the billion or so south of the border who will have observed this and the previous efforts at comprehensive immigration 'reform' and sussed out that they too should get here quick to cash in on the next amnesty. Instead of erecting disincentives to illegally enter, Rubio et. al. are further motivating millions more to try their luck crossing the border, turning the US into the biggest piñata of all time.
