A product of the cloud

OK, thanks for that info. My ISP made a deal to put my e-mail through G-mail and the Cloud. It sucks. They were connected with AT&T before the move to Google for email.

The Local ISP is a Telephone Coop and they are great people. I think they made this change to reduce the paperwork required. My suspicion is the Feds ordered them to do so. More of the extreme filtering that is going on. This will only get worse. Are we rapidly approaching the Police State? Sure looks like it to me. When they succeed in destroying the chains of the Constitution, the Republic is finished. I believe that is Obozo job and why he is where he is. And also why no one will openly oppose him. Very Bad.

Well, the cloud - as used by google, yahoo, MS and others - is supposed to make the net more stable and fault-tolerant. The downside is that there’s central cloud-controllers who have to cool down excess use by dropping heavy amounts of load, over short time, to large nodes run by folks like that Jap global isp. One of those is right near FR and you have to go through it.

So when interesting news make people use google and yahoo, they suck up half the web.
