“These problems date back to when the overall industry began to falter in the face of the popularity of smartphones and tablets”

....and gave up on even attempting to appear to be interested in selling a quality product and instead, resorted to harassing cold-calls, hard-sells, deception and manipulation to push sub-standard Chinese crap on everyone, while taking support jobs out of the country and forcing the end user to fix their problems under the guidance of someone who can’t speak their tongue.

Or something like that.

Or just outright lying to you, like the insurance commercial where the young woman asks for money from her insurance agent to use to buy a purse and gets it, or the one where the guy is riding a motorcycle and is made out of money which just blows off of him.

Those are blatant false advertising and have nothing to do with providing a product or service. They're intended to make you think you'll get money by spending money buying insurance. No one with a nickel's worth of sense believes that, but then again - there are a LOT of 0bama voters out there.
